Noida, 7th November: Skygaze India organised a memorable night sky observation event at Genesis Global School, Noida, 20 students accompanied by over 5 dedicated faculty members. Led by Skygaze facilitators, the session aimed to introduce the young participants to the wonders of astronomy in an engaging, inclusive, and supportive environment.
The highlight of the night was the extraordinary opportunity to observe the Moon and the majestic planet Saturn through a high-powered telescope. The students were fascinated as they viewed Saturn’s iconic rings and the Moon’s craters with striking clarity. For many, it was their first time seeing celestial objects up close, making the evening both educational and emotionally enriching.
Speaking about the initiative, the Founder of Skygaze India shared, “The smiles on the children’s faces when they saw Saturn’s rings were unforgettable. Moments like these reaffirm our commitment to creating meaningful and inclusive space-learning opportunities.”
Faculty from Genesis Global School said, “It was a heart-touching experience to see our children experience the Moon and Saturn. Their curiosity and enthusiasm made the session truly special.”
The staff appreciated the session’s calm, interactive, and sensory-friendly approach, which ensured that every child could participate comfortably. Skygaze India remains committed to making astronomy accessible for all learners and continues to collaborate with schools to deliver meaningful, hands-on space education experiences across the country.
