Hotel's Policy

Check-in Policy

• Primary guests must be at least 18 years old.
• Standard check-in time is 12 noon, available until the reservation holds.
• Valid photo ID required for anyone over 18 (Aadhar, Driving License, Voter ID, Passport; PAN card not accepted).

Early Check-in and Late Check-out

• Subject to availability; extra charges may apply.
• The standard check-in time in the Hotel is 12 noon and check-out time in the Hotel is 11AM.

Triple Occupancy

• An extra mattress is available for a third person for a fee; no extra beds are provided.

Visitors Policy

• In order to maintain privacy of guests, the Hotel does not allow visitors in room, except if there is an emergency.
• Visitors must present a valid government-approved ID at the front desk.

Code of Conduct

• Illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
• Disruptive behavior may result in eviction without refund.
• Damages to hotel property are chargeable.

Child Policy

• Children up to 5 years stay free without extra mattress.

Pets and Smoking

• Pets are not allowed.
• Smoking, drug use, and open alcohol consumption in public areas are prohibited.

Safety and Security

• Follow hotel’s safety procedures.
• The hotel is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
